Both are unique destinations and I think all the Christmas markets are very special in their own way. It maybe nice to do both, that way, you can have yourself a little more time to reach Zurich airport on the day you fly out? Personally, I am quite partial to the Christmas market located on Sechseläutenplatz in Zurich.
