Nothing of that sort exists. Sorry.
You might be able to make a group booking with German Federal Railway but that would be for Koln – Basel and would be seats on a regular train such as an ICE, but they don’t go the scenic route. You could also book a Rhine river cruise Koln – Basel but that takes a few days.

Hi Dabwilson27 and welcome to MySwissAlps.com!
Sorry I am not aware of anything like that either.
But as you are a party of 10, make sure to check this one: http://www.myswissalps.com/train/ticketspasses/practical/groupdiscounts. Swiss train companies do offer a 30% discount on point to point tickets. This applies to groups from 10 adults.
Kindest regards,
Ildiko

Hi Dabwilson27,
If you’d still like to enjoy a journey by private train, you could look into options within Switzerland, e.g. http://www.sbb.ch/en/leisure-holidays/ideas/offer.html/tagesausflug/roter-doppelpfeil-churchill. As far as I know this train is usually booked by groups much larger than 10 people though.
You don’t need reservations for most Swiss trains. But you can arrange for them if you want (with the exception of some regional trains for which reservations aren’t possible), so you’ll be seated together. This won’t be in private coaches though: you’ll share a coach with other travelers. If you want to make reservations, you’d best do so well in advance: http://www.myswissalps.com/train/reservations.
Definitely check the group discount page Ildiko mentioned. Groups can indeed get a discount on normal train tickets. And if your group needs rail passes such as the Swiss Travel Pass or the Swiss Half Fare Card worth at least CHF 2500 in total, our partner can get you a discount.
