Crossing the borders with Swiss Travel Pass
A traveler is planning a trip from Paris to Switzerland and Florence in May, with stays in Malters and Brig. They need confirmation on whether specific train routes are covered by the Swiss Travel Pass.
- Train from Paris to Basel must be booked separately.
- The route from Basel SBB to Malters is included with the Swiss Travel Pass.
- Traveling from Brig to Domodossola IT is also covered by the Swiss Travel Pass.
- The Swiss Travel Pass is only valid within Switzerland, so routes to France and Italy require separate bookings.
