    Hi Lgici,

I can recommend the Upper Engadine region (http://www.myswissalps.com/upperengadine), but you have to change once.

There are also great ski resorts in the Lake Lucerne area (http://www.myswissalps.com/lakelucerne), and it is also close to Zurich.

There is no ski resort accessible without any ‘transfers’. This is because in Switzerland (unlike France and Austria), no standard track gauge main lines reach high enough to be considered as direct stations at ski resorts.

A small number of ski resorts are accessible from Zurich Flughafen with just one change of train, these include:

    Engelberg (change once at Luzern)

    Zermatt (change once at Visp)

Grindelwald (change once at Interlaken Ost)

    Gstaad (change once at Spiez)

Other resorts are accessible with 2 changes, one of which would be Zurich HB (Zurich main station)

Note that to get from Zurich Airport to the Engadine (eg St Moritz), you must change trains more than once through most of 2023 due to line closures for works.
