Just study the Tell Pass validity map!
Apart from Titlis there are several other cable cars in the Engelberg area. The following list is not exhaustive.
Ristis (Brunnibahn); Furenalp; Oberrickenbach; Niederrickenbach (the one I would particularly recommend).
If the weather is not suitable for cable car rides, perhaps take the train down to Stans and take the bus which runs along the south side of Lake Lucerne through Beckenried and Emmetten to Seelisberg.
