    Hi, I am new to the forum. Thanks in advance!

    l will travel with my wife in May (both are non european). The plan is 1 day Munich – 1 day Hallstatt – 12 days in Switzerland. Havent finalized where to go yet in Switzerland. My question it shall I use Eurorail Pass for the trip? And I notice that for some tranpsortation, reservation and fees is there.

    Thanks for sharing your plans.  We have a dedicated guide for the Eurail Global Pass, perhaps take a look and if you think your plans cover most of what the Eurail Global Pass offers, I would say it would suit 🙂

    Otherwise, you could take a point-to-point ticket into Switzerland from Austria and depending on your actual plans in Switzerland, you could consider one of the Swiss rail passes here.
