good day!

i knew its totally impossible to see greenlands in march in villages.still just out of curiosity is there is any chance to see green lands and cows in march in any village.

There are likely to be cows in green fields in the low altitude parts of Switzerland (the ‘Mittelland’) especially if it is late March. You do not have to visit the Alps to see typical Swiss scenery and villages. Many of the most ‘Swiss’ villages are in fact to be found in the ‘lowland’ regions

Take a train ride from Luzern to Bern via Langnau through the Emmental Region. I bet you see some green fields and cows there.

Hello Yshu Krishna,

In rural areas and in agricultural areas you will always get to see cows in the fields, even in winter, as animal protection law obliges all farmers to allow each animal a minimum of 30 out of 90 days outdoors in winter. Just head into the countryside, wherever you are. 🙂

The only thing is that the green might not yet be so intensive in March.
