In rural areas and in agricultural areas you will always get to see cows in the fields, even in winter, as animal protection law obliges all farmers to allow each animal a minimum of 30 out of 90 days outdoors in winter. Just head into the countryside, wherever you are. 🙂
The only thing is that the green might not yet be so intensive in March.
