Hi nats, and welcome to MySwissAlps!
The Hapimag website gives instructions on how to get there.
https://www.hapimag.com/en-gb/switzerland/bernese-oberland/interlaken/
They suggest getting the train to Interlaken Ost (a bit closer to the resort) or Interlaken West. From there you can walk or take a bus. The particular trains you need to take, and where you need to transfer will vary, based on your date and time of travel.
You can use the the SBB timetable to plan this trip. It will show you all the options relevant to your date and departure time.
If you would like to incorporate a bus in your trip planning, use the address of the resort (3800 Interlaken, Höheweg 95) as your destination in the timetable.

Hi nats1771,
You can find information on how to reach Interlaken here: https://www.myswissalps.com/town/interlaken/
Train services from Geneva to Interlaken West run on regular intervals. The transfer takes approx. 3 hours and will require one or two train changes. Please use the Swiss timetable to find suitable connections.
Regards,
Anna
