Not received Glacier Express tickets HappyRail

We had booked glacier express through happy rail, after booking it says you will get the eticket through email within 1working day. but now its more than 2working days and we have still not recived the eticket. anyway where we can contact them. As we are travelling in next 4days we dont hace enough time.
really appreciate if anyone can help us out.
