I wanted to know how reliable the luggage service is to send your luggage ahead. if anyone reading this thread has used it please let me know.  Is that service  just in Switzerland?  We are taking the Bernia Express from Tirano. Can I use it there to send my luggage to Grindelwald or should I wait until I get to St. Moritz where we are spending one night.  I would  turn in my luggage at that train station as I depart the Bernia train.

I have read lots of similar accounts attesting to the convenience and reliability of the luggage service. I think you can use it with confidence!

Hi Miggles,

I agree with Alpenrose. The service is quite reliable. You just need to drop off your luggage at a train station that provides this service then pick it up 2 days later at your destination station. There is also a service that delivers your luggage direct to your destination hotel if you want more convenience.
