Is the Lötschberg car train worth the price?

    Hi 🙂

    How much cost Lötschberg Car Train ? And is it worth this price?

    Is it maybe included in any transport-pass?

    You can find car train details and prices on our website here: https://www.myswissalp s.com/car/cartrains

    A link under More on other websites will give you schedules and prices for the Lötschberg Car Train.
    There is no rail pass that includes the cost of the car train. I think they are only worth the cost when the highway is closed/there isn’t a road and it is your only option.

    Hi Yenepher

    Note that on this particular route, there is no road. So it’s either the car train, or just take any regular train without your car (this will be included in the passes).

    If it’s for a day trip and you’re returning the same day, I would simply take a regular train. For a one way transfer by car it’s a good option though. Otherwise you’re facing a huge detour.
