Hi I will be staying 2 nights in Luzern in late May and planning to visit Luzern Old town, Rigi, Stanserhorn, Lindt museum and Rapperswill I plan to visit Rapperswill from Luzern using Swiss travel pass. Planning to visit the old town, Rose garden, Rapperswill castle and the wooden bridge However I came acoss that castle is closed until Dec 2024 due to construction work. Rapperswil has a lovely old town and the view from the lake promenades is really nice. I would definitely recommend a day trip! You can combine your visit to Rapperswil with a ride on the Voralpen Express to St Gallen: https://www.myswissalps.com/activity/voralpen-express/#directions
