    Hi all,

When I was in high school (25+ years ago) I visited Lucerne as part of a school trip.

During that trip, we went on an nighttime cruise on Lake Lucerne and I still have a memory burned into my brain of the ship getting real quiet, them calling everyone out on the open deck, and some locals blew an alpenhorn into the mountains and the echo was something I’ve obviously remember for a quarter of a century.

Do they still offer cruises like that? It may have included a meal, but I cannot recall.

    If so, any recommendations?

    Hi davey1108,

I can imagine how wonderful it could be. We have a list of recommended cruises here: http://www.myswissalps.com/boatlakelucerne/tickets.

At http://www.lakelucerne.ch/en/your-cruise-experience/offers-tickets/culinary-cruises/sunset-cruise/, you can find the sunset cruise, maybe this is what you are looking for.
