I realize it’s a bit late, but you can try Booking.com, Trip advisor, hotel,com, or any other website. If you know what hotel you want, you can also deal with them directly. I personally have dealt with Booking.com and have had no problems at all. Usually, it will tell you if breakfast is included. There are many sites, including this one, you can look at, and get an idea of both prices, and if bkfst is included. Good luck, and have a great trip.

I stayed at the Hotel Waldstätterhof Luzern last year which is right around the corner from the train station. Their breakfast is delicious and I have to say probably the best breakfast buffet during my trip. I would have stayed there again next month but they were booked. Enjoy your time in that beautiful country.
