I want to travel by train from Zurich to Bern in one day in March 3 hours later to Interlaken and 2 hours later to Gridewald. At the end of the day, I will return to Zurich on the same route. Do I have to buy an additional ticket for the Saver day pass or make a reservation for the trains?

    Hi mmurath,

    Welcome to MySwissAlps.

    Thanks for sharing your plans.

With your Saver Day Pass, yes all the above is included.  There is no need to purchase any additional tickets.  If asked by a ticket inspector, just present your Saver Day Pass.

If you have not purchased your Saver Day Pass as yet (the earlier you buy, the cheaper it is (and if available), you can find some online, trusted options in the link here:

You can also read all about the Saver Day Pass too, there is also a downloadable coverage map that you can view all the routes that are included.

Regarding seat reservations, there is no need to make them (but of course you can do so if you wish).  More on seat reservations here:

    Kind regards,
    Yolanda
