Scenic train from St Moritz back to Zurich?

Short summary – read this first

A traveler is looking for advice on catching an early train back to Zurich on December 18th for a 3:20 PM flight. They want to know the most scenic yet efficient route and if the trains go directly to the airport terminal. They also mentioned having a Swiss Travel Pass, which could be useful for their journey.

Key takeaways:
  • Take the scenic route via the Glacier Express for stunning views, but check the schedule since it's seasonal.
  • Ensure you catch a train that connects directly to Zurich Airport, as some trains go to Zurich Hauptbahnhof first.
  • Utilize your Swiss Travel Pass, which offers discounts on most trains and free travel on certain routes.

    Hello all

I am needing to catch a train back to Zurich on 18th Dec as I have a flight to catch in Zurich at 320pm

Can you please suggest which is the most scenic and efficient way to get there. I will have to catch a relatively early train.

Also do the trains go straight through to the airport terminal at Zurich.

I am failry certain there is a panoramic train and I also have a Swiss travel pass.

Look forward to your advice Many thanks
