Hi milanjnshah and welcome to MySwissAlps!
It will be a little tricky to do all those train routes in 7 nights – you’ll have to move around the country a lot to do them. Use the Swiss Railways timetable here to help plan all your trips.
Have a look at our information pages on them below to read more about the routes and towns they travel between:
As for Jungfraujoch, you will want to stay in Interlaken or Lauterbrunnen I think. Luzern is definitely the best city to visit Mt. Pilatus and Mt. Titlis.
Yes, if you want to try and do all of your routes noted above and mountain visits, the Swiss Travel Pass will be your best bet.

Hi milanjnshah,
>> I would like to experience Bernina Express, Glacier Express, Golden Pass Line … What other towns should I stay in if I want to experience all the above mentioned train journeys?
This map of scenic routes in Switzerland might help with your planning:
http://www.sbb.ch/content/dam /sbb/en/pdf/en_bahnhof -services/en_am-bahnhof/en_unsere-bahnhoefe/panoramic-routes.pdf
The Wilhelm Tell Express is now called the Gotthard Panorama Express.
Travel times for the scenic routes you mentioned above (one way) are as follows:
> Glacier Express from Zermatt to St Moritz: 8 hours 06
> Bernina Express from Chur to Tirano: 4 hours 13
> Golden Pass line (full) from Luzern to Montreux: 5 hours 08
> Golden Pass Line (part) from Luzern to Interlaken Ost: 1 hour 50
> Golden Pass line (part) from Interlaken Ost to Montreux: 3 hours 05
If you want to calculate travel time for short sectors along these routes, you can use the Swiss Timetable:
