Swiss Travel Pass – consecutive or flex?
Patricia is planning a 10-day trip to Switzerland, starting in Bern, then Wengen, and ending in Lucerne, before flying out from Basel. She is unsure about which travel pass to purchase for her itinerary and needs help deciding on the best options for her stay.
- Consider buying the Swiss Travel Pass for 8 days as it is usually the most convenient option for extensive travel.
- Do the math to compare the costs of the Swiss Travel Pass versus point-to-point tickets to ensure you choose the best deal.
- Remember that the Swiss Travel Pass Flex does not provide discounts on non-travel days, so plan accordingly if you take day trips.
