Tickets Titlis, Schilthorn, First – refund/change?
E. is planning a trip to Switzerland and wants to buy tickets for Titlis, Schilthorn, and First in advance to avoid long lines. However, they're concerned about being unable to change the date if the weather is bad, as they haven't received a response from STC about this issue.
- Mountain tickets bought online are usually fixed for a specific date and cannot be changed later, so it's best to check weather conditions before buying.
- Consider purchasing tickets the day before or on the day of your visit to avoid issues with weather changes.
- Many hotels offer mountain webcams to help assess the weather before heading out.
- Free cancellation is often available up to 24 hours in advance, so check specific conditions with the ticket provider.

Hi everyone,
I am deciding if I should get tickets for Titilis, Schilthorn, and First in advance. I want to because I don’t want to line up… but they ask for a date when I purchase online, so wondering if I can use it on a different date in case of bad weather and I need to change my plans. I couldn’t find the info on the STC website, did email them but haven’t heard back.
Thank you.
-E.
