Hi, I would like to find out the quickest and cheapest way to get from Lucerne to Zurich. Our tour will end in Lucerne and we will be staying overnight near the main Railway Station in Zurich before leaving for Frankfurt. I have also lost the link for train tickets that can be booked in advance.

Does each country have it’s own sim cards or does one cover several countries eg: Austria, Switzerland and Germany?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Carmen Wilf,

The Swiss railways timetable gives you the most direct routing between Swiss towns and mountains by default: http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable

If you don’t have a rail pass (http://www.myswissalps.com/tr ain/ticketspasses) and can lock in a non-refundable departure time, a Super Saver ticket is the cheapest ticket price (noted with a % sign on the timetable). http://www.myswissalps.com/tr ain/ticketspasses/prac tical/discounts

Regular tickets are valid for any train departure that day in case you miss the train.

Our recommendations for sim cards are noted here: http://www.myswissalps.com/si mcard
