Yes, viator is reliable. My one month Spain trip, I booked 7 of their tours. And some tours you can request for hotel pick up or nearest pick up point to your hotel. If you are uncertain, call their customers service, so far all my called are treated very professional.

In the morning of day 3 you’ll take a train across the new long Gotthard tunnel to Zurich. I’m quite sure you can travel via the scenic route and the short tunnel too (tickets cost the same). This is the train section of the Gotthard Panorama Express route.
I have used Viator for a number of interesting tours throughout Italy. They are a reliable and good value tour company. I also will be utilising their services next year when visiting Switzerland.
