Hi! Thanks to posts on this forum, we have learnt a lot about Switzerland. Our gratitude to those who respond!

We are visiting Interlaken area and staying at Wilderswil from the afternoon of 21 April to the morning of 26 April 2019. We are in our early 60’s and fairly active. We love nature and would like help with places we could visit in the general area and would love to hike about 6 to 8 Km each day on our way to/from the many scenic spots in Interlaken and the surrounding mountains. We plan on purchasing the Swiss Travel Pass and this could be dovetailed into recommendations.

We would also like any inputs where we can eat and would prefer ready to eat food from supermarkets – and we are not fussy eaters!

Also, what would be an approximate average mid-range budget for 5 days (excluding hotel expenses)?

    Thank you!
