Are my Golden Pass Express reservations correct?

Short summary – read this first

A traveler named HeatherCDN is heading from Montreux to Interlaken Ost on the Goldenpass Express and is unsure if one boarding pass is enough for her and her companion since it shows two seats. She seeks confirmation on whether it's okay to travel with just one pass for both of them.

Key takeaways:
  • If your boarding pass shows two reserved seats, you only need one pass for both travelers to board the train.
  • Always check your reservations carefully before the trip to avoid any confusion at the station.
  • Consider getting a Swiss Travel Pass if you plan to travel extensively in Switzerland; it offers convenience and savings.

Hi, I just purchased 2 reservations for the Goldenpass Express from Montreux to Interlaken Ost. I received one boarding pass only, however it does have 2 seats on it. I just want to make sure that I only need one boarding pass for the 2 of us. Has anyone had this experience and know that we are ok with only 1. Thanks.
