    Hello anabilakmal!

The Jungfrau Travel Pass covers most, but not all transportation in the Jungfrau area. Please find validity explained in detail at https://www.myswissalps.com/jungfrautravelpass/validity.

If you need additional tickets, you can do so

    It’s explained here: https://www.myswissalps.com/jungfrautravelpass/howtouse.

I hope this answers your questions!

    Hi anabilakmal,

To be on the safe side, it’s always good to print out the PDF doc and carry it with you, so that you can show that if your phone doesn’t work. In any case, you should check the terms and conditions of the reseller you bought the voucher from. I think if it has a QR code on it, then it should be fine to just show it from your phone for redemption.

    Regards,

    Anna
