Hello,

My home base will be at Lauterbrunnen. I will be purchasing 3 days swiss travel pass.

Can anyone advice me as im planning on doing a day trip from Jungfrau then to Grindewald.

Lauterbrunnen > Jungfrau ( morning pass ) > Cable car > Grindewald First

May i know if this is do-able and what tickets do i need to purchase?

Thank you for any advice

Hi spbl1nd,

Welcome to MySwissAlps.

Yes, combining a trip to Jungfraujoch and Grindelwald First in one day is certainly possible. If you plan to do a lot of adventure activities on Grindelwald First, I suggest taking the earliest train to Jungfraujoch and make your way down before lunch time.

From Lauterbrunnen, I suggest taking the following route to get to Jungfraujoch and Grindelwald First:

Lauterbrunnen > Wengen > Kleine Scheidegg > Jungfraujoch > Kleine Scheidegg > Grindelwald > Grindelwald First

With the Swiss Travel Pass, here's what you need to pay:

You can find more options on how to travel to Jungfraujoch here: www.myswissalps.com/jungfraujoch/gettingthere. Options to purchase tickets online are also available: www.myswissalps.com/jungfraujoch/tickets

You might also wish to download and study the Swiss Travel Pass validity mad: www.myswissalps.com/swisstravelpass/validity

Regards,

Anna
