Hello Keepfaith,
The Jungfrau Travel Pass is better for Wengen to Grindelwald to Jungfraujoch and the cable ways between Wengen and Grindelwald but that’s about it. But unless you planned to do multiple trips on those routes (eg Junfraujoch, Wengen to Grindelwald via Kleine Scheidegg, Wengen to Mannlichen, Mannlichen to Grindelwald) it is unlikely the Jungfrau Travel Pass would prove an economical addition to the Swiss Travel Pass.
Depending on the extent or your travels further afield you might look at a Swiss Half Fare Card (http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isshalffarecard), which would also enable you to purchase a Jungfrau Travel Pass with 25% discount, as an alternative to the Swiss Travel Pass.
You’d have to do the sums based on your plans to be sure. Have you seen the spreadsheet at “How to choose the best travel pass” (http://www.myswissalps.com/tr ain/ticketspasses/prac tical/chooserailpass)?
You can compare what the options cover by looking at the validity maps at http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass/validity, http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isshalffarecard/validi ty and http://www.myswissalps.com/ju ngfrautravelpass/valid ity.

G’day Rockoyster
In another thread on the same topic, you had included the following:
“From Lauterbrunnen a very nice circuit to do is to Grütschalp (cable car), Mürren (cogwheel train), Gimmelwald (cable car), Stechelberg (cable car), Lauterbrunnen (bus). From Mürren you can easily visit Schilthorn (25% off with Jungfrau Travel Pass or free with Swiss Travel Pass) if you have time. In between Stechelberg and Lauterbrunnen the bus stops at the Trummelbach Falls. Well worth a look. All these places are searcheable on the MySwissAlps website.
I plan to buy the STP – will I be able to cover the above with my STP please?

You will indeed Meera. You’ll find that entire route on the validity map at http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass/validity.
