So we are confused between these two,

I don’t see a major difference in these other than price and May be a little bit fancier ice cave .

Initially we planned on going jungfrau but after researching we are leaning towards mount Titlis . It’s walk plus the rotating cable care and then the ice flyer seems interesting and on top there is free snow tubing .

we are a family of 4 and two kids age 4 and 10 .

The first important thing is snow which is a definite on jungfrau / but after seeing titlis it seems like there ks no snow ?

We will visiting from 15-19 in jungfrau region and Lucerne , will we still find snow activities on mount titlis ?

also if we plan early morning excursion, can we beat the crowd ? Any suggestions are welcome

    Thankyou in advance.

In the opinion of a proportion of people, both are now more ‘Disneyland at altitude’ theme parks than remote mountain tops, so there is little to chose between them. In the past, people went to Jungfraujoch partly because it was the highest point reached by a railway (hence the ‘top of Europe’ brand.

If you really want ‘true’ snow activities you should visit the Swiss alps in winter.

    Hi Frappuccino!

Where will you be traveling from? The time required to reach the top of either Titlis or Jungfraujoch could be a decisive factor:

Yes, getting on the first possible train or cable car definitely helps to beat the crowds.

Are you planning to visit one of these mountains between August 15-19 2022? Under normal circumstances there should be snow at both places. From Titlis you’d take the Iceflyer lift. This gets you to the Glacier Park where activities such as snowtubing are available. The options depends on snow conditions though. Due to the heat and low amount of precipitation in the past winter and spring, this might be a problem. If you want to know about current snow conditions I suggest you contact the Titlis mountain railways or Engelberg Tourismus. Jungfraujoch, being at higher altitude, is pretty much snow-guaranteed. But there are fewer “snow fun” options in summer than at Titlis:
