Mount Titlis – weather today and tomorrow?

    Hi ,

    Planned Lucern trip and Mount Titlis for today and tomorrow.Weather in Titlis says , cloudy ? Snow showers. Should we travel today or wait for tomorrow?

    Hi Rportho, and welcome to MySwissAlps!

    Today (20 March) looks better than tomorrow, as snowfall is forecast for tomorrow, but who knows what will actually happen. Thursday is forecast to have sunny periods if you could wait until then.

    You can’t see down into the valley, but it looks like you can see some peaks above the cloud deck. Most of the trip up will probably be through fog (see the Trübsee webcam). You’ll have to decide for yourself whether it is worth going up in those conditions.

    Should you have a Tell-Pass, the trip would be free, and you might want to take a chance and go up. If you have to pay 50% or full fare, you might prefer to think twice.

    Neither the Rigi nor Pilatus have good visibility either.
