Hi Janetshuttle and welcome to MySwissAlps!

Zurich to Jungfraujoch is about 4 hours one-way so you can do it in a long day if you like: http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable

A Swiss Travel Pass would not be advantageous as you are only traveling for 1 day (and it is 3 day minimum validity).

Perhaps a Saver Day Pass could work at a lower price (it changes): http://www.myswissalps.com/sa verdaypass as it will get you to Grindelwald or Wengen (and back to Zurich) and then you need a regular ticket from there to Jungfraujoch and back to either town.

A Swiss Half Fare Card could be worth it if you do any other trips outside of Zurich while there (say Lucerne or Basel etc): http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isshalffarecard

“The service was very fast to provide the itinerary and it gave things to do that I had not otherwise found. Overall the service and itinerary were very impressive.”
