You can best consider the Swiss Card. It includes the transfer to and from Wengen for free (you don't need any further tickets), and 50% discounts on further trips to Mürren, the Jungfrau, etc. See
here for details. A Swiss Pass would be a bit more expensive; the cheapest one is the 3-day Swiss Saver Flexi Pass which includes nearly all your trips for free (to and from Wengen are free, traveling to Mürren is free), except for the trip to the Jungfrau. Details are

The Jungfrau is very impressive. I would recommend that, but only if the weather is clear or you won't see anything up there. If the weather is best on Saturday, you could even do it very early in the morning before going back to Zurich. Another great trip for train lovers is
Schynige Platte. On the afternoon of arrival, you could take the lift up to Männlichen from Wengen. There are
hiking trails from there if you want to explore more that day.
