Ticket purchase with SBB app and 1/2 fare card

    I will be motoring for most of my trip and plan to purchase a half fare travel card primarily for mountain lifts. Can I use the SBB mobile app to purchase tickets or do I need to purchase them from the station.?

    You can buy tickets online, via the app or at the station. The Swiss Half Fare Card itself can be purchased online and printed at home: http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isshalffarecard/price.
