Train from Basel to Appenzel over Easter Monday?

    I am having trouble finding any trains that run from Basel to Appenzell District on April 2 2018. I believe that is Easter Monday but I didn’t think the trains would not be running because of the holiday. Please let me know if there is service between Basel and Appenzell on April 2.

    Are you using the Swiss Train Timetable (http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable) to plan your travel?

    You should find plenty of trains. See attached results from http://www.sbb.ch/en/home.htm l.

    Thank you soooo…. much for the quick reply. I was having a mild heart attack thinking I was going to be sitting in Basel alone without able to travel! Thanks Again.
