We are a family of four, two adults plus 16 & 13 year olds, staying in Wengen for 5 days starting June 30 and trying to decide what is best option for tickets. We plan to visit Jungfraujoch, Schilthorn, Grindelwald and possibly Interlaken. We will arrive by car which we plan to park in Lauterbrunnen for our stay and want to make most of our trips by local transportation and walking. Also can we arrange to have the tickets delivered to our hotel?

    Hi john1029,

You can look into the Jungfrau Railways Pass, although personally I would consider a pass for a slightly larger region. That allows you to go somewhere else (e.g. Bern) if the local weather isn’t good enough. The Regional-Pass Bernese Oberland is such a pass. Another advantage is that it offers a discount on the Schilthorn; the other one doesn’t. You can buy it from http://www.swissrailways.com/ en/products/ regionalberneseoberlan d pass and have it delivered to your hotel. Children up to 15 pay a fixed price of CHF 30 to travel along for free everywhere, so that applies to your 13 year old.
