Hi There How are you all?
I am sure this question has been asked before but all help will be gratefully received. We are travelling to Switzerland in July 2017 from Australia. We wish to spend most of our time in and around the Wengen area. We will fly to Geneva have one night there and then will travel to Wengen and will have 3 nights in Wengen (accommodation already booked). We mainly want to see Grindelwald and the Jungfrauloch and the rest of the time hiking and seeing as much as we can. We will then return to Geneva to fly to Manchester.
We are wondering which would be the best pass for us to purchase, we are assuming the main cost will be getting to Wengen from Geneva. We can see there are a few passes available including a Jungfrau pass, but not sure if we would need that one or not.

For your trips Geneva-Wengen and Wengen-Geneva I’d advise to get a Swiss Transfer Ticket, which is cheaper than regular full-fare tickets. Please find information and purchase options at myswissalps.com/swisst ransferticket.
A pass for your stay in Wengen is definitely recommended. A 3 or 4 day Jungfrau Travel Pass may work well for your plans. If you want to be able to cover a larger area (which might be beneficial in case of bad weather), a 4 day Regional-Pass Bernese Oberland is a good alternative.
Yet another option is to only get the Swiss Half Fare Card, which gives 50% off of all journeys. It might be a bit less convenient, as it requires you to get tickets for each trip, whereas the Swiss Transfer Ticket and the local passes grant free (thus ticketless) traveling on quite some routes.
