We are planning a 6 days trip to Switzerland in June next year.. This is our third trip to Switzerland . During our previous trips, we visited Lucerne, Zurich, Montreux, Bern, Mt Pilatus & Mt Titlis
We are looking at the 2 options below as we are travelling to Switzerland after a few days in Milan. Please review our itineary and suggest changes or alternatives if any
Option A
Day 1 Switzerland Tirano –> St Moritz
Day 2 Switzerland St Moritz
Day 3 Switzerland St Moritz to Zurich
Day 4 Switzerland Zurich to Zermatt (day Trip)
Day 5 Switzerland Zurich – Mt Pilatus – Lucerne (Day trip)
Day 6 Zurich/Spore

Day 1 Switzerland Tirano ->Chur ( bernia express)
Day 2 Switzerland Chur à Zermatt – Glacier Express (day trip)
Day 3 Switzerland Chur àInterlaken
Day 4 Switzerland Interlaken (day trip to Jungfrauch)
Day 5 Switzerland Interlaken( Day trip to Stilhorn)

Option A
Day 1 – 3 : might be overload on St Moritz, bear in mind both Tirano St Moritz and St Moritz – Zurich journeys only take half a day each
Day 4 Zurich to Zermatt is too far for a ‘there and back’ day trip
Option B
Day 1 Tirano ->Chur: is fine but note it is Bernina Express (not Bernia)
Day 2 Chur – Zermatt : does not work as a day trip via the Glacier Express route – it is too far (too slow a journey)
As it is your 3rd trip to Switzerland I’d go to Ticino and spend a few days there (grossly overlooked) and then Bernina Express to Chur and then explore the St. Gallen area before Zurich.
