Best Pass for 5 day Trip
A traveler, angelaf22, is planning a 5-day trip to the Bernese-Oberland area. They want advice on which travel pass would be best for their itinerary, which includes visits to Lauterbrunnen, Wengen, and Jungfraujoch among other places. They are particularly concerned about how to manage transportation costs effectively.
- Consider getting the 4-day Regional-Pass Bernese Oberland for free transportation on most routes during your stay.
- Alternatively, the Swiss Half Fare Card offers 50% off all trips, which can be cost-effective depending on your itinerary.
- You can purchase the Regional-Pass at train stations in the region, and it's recommended to check online for purchase options.
- Traveling from Zurich requires buying a short ticket to Lucerne, which costs CHF 28 per person.
