Best places to cover in 4 days in Switzerland
A traveler is planning a trip to Switzerland from the afternoon of November 5th to the early morning of November 9th, arriving and departing from Geneva. They want to explore scenic places and nature, especially focusing on train rides and mountains, and are seeking advice on the best base location for their family-friendly adventure.
- Consider staying in Montreux to easily access the Golden Pass line and nearby scenic destinations like Interlaken and Lucerne.
- Remember that November is low season, so some hotels, restaurants, and cable cars may be closed.
- Look into purchasing a Swiss Travel Pass for unlimited train travel, which can make exploring the region easier and more cost-effective.
