The times you mention make sense. The Glacier Express stops in Filisur and Bergün on its way to St. Moritz. If you want to go to Davos, you get off in Filisur, change trains, and arrive there 15:29. They don’t list a departure time in Chur because people are not supposed to board there. It’s just a stop to get off the train.
