Glacier Express reservation – no confirmation

For my travel on May 2023, I’ve reserved 3 seats from Zermatt to St.Moritz at Glacier express. Post payment I received the order number over mail with the total amount paid. But, have not received any communication detailing date of travel, source, destination, ticket number, passenger names etc. Is there a way to retrieve all these information. Already sent a mail to info@glacierexpress .ch but yet to receive a response.
