Now, for your questions on this thread:
To make your reservation for the Gotthard Panorama Express, your departure station is Flüelen, destination Lugano. That is the only reservation you need. You use the departure time from Flüelen, i.e. 14:09.
You just need to make sure you are on the right boat to connect with the Gotthard Panorama Express at Flüelen, i.e. the 11:12 boat from Luzern. It departs from Bahnhofquai, which is the boat dock adjacent to Luzern railway station. That boat will arrive at Flüelen at 13:55, in time for you to catch the Gotthard Panorama Express at 14:09. The boat dock and railway station at Flüelen are adjacent to each other, so it’s a quick and easy transfer.

Thank you for your assistance. I have gotten as far as tickets. It says single and there are 2 of us. I filled my info in thinking they would ask for other travelers but it didn’t. I need to add one. Also the choices were no discount or half fare only. I have STP.

If you are travelling with a 2nd class Swiss Travel Pass, all you need is the seat reservation and seat upgrade to 1st class.

Yes, I am using official site. I finally did add another traveler. Earlier I entered one way and clicked 1st class. Should I have kept 2nd class and update later? I do have 2nd class STP. So I thought I had done everything and they would ask if I had STP. but it said add to cart. I pressed that and it returns me back to train tickets saying
Please provide a price for all persons!!! It only allowed me to click one point to point ticket under my name but not my husband’s

First, you need to select the right connection then press the buy ticket/ reservation button. See pic 1.
Then enter the no of travellers and choose your seats. See pic 2.
Enter your details and discount. If you select 2nd class Swiss Travel Pass, you have the option to choose a day upgrade or point-to-point upgrade. See pic 3.
The next stage is payment.

I missed putting in my discount and it won’t allow me to go back! Somehow I missed it. Now I am at payment!!! I did pick my seats. What should I do? There are only a few seats left on train

Thank you so much for guiding me through this with pictures to help. The website you gave me was the only one that worked!! I ended up starting over. I reserved my seats and I am assuming I upgraded. I ended up paying a little over $97 US
would that seem right for upgrading??

- CHF 82 for 2 people
What does your documentation say? Does it itemise the charges?

Glad you managed to secure the seat reservations and upgrade.
I had the same calculations as Alpenrose for 2 travellers. This is based on reservations from Flüelen to Lugano. No reservations are necessary for the boat section, unless you are wanting to reserve a table in the restaurant.

On the individual reservations, it just shows 48 CHF on each one. (96)
0n the confirmation, it lists for 2 of us
Total CHF 75.86
Tax 6.14Grand Total CHF 82.

I think you are saying that you have two reservations costing CHF 48 each, a total of CHF 96, yet your total bill was CHF 82. That doesn’t add up!
CHF 96 would in fact be 4 reservation/supplement charges.
However, if you have actually paid CHF 82, that would be correct for a reservation/supplement and class upgrade for 2 people as per the calculations in my earlier post.

I did pay 82 CHF I was actually charged $97.73 USD on my credit card. I guess the 48 was USD not Swiss francs for each reservation.
