    Hi,

I am aware that the furnicular up to Harder Kulm is closed but is it still possible to hike up?

If not, are there other hikes that anyone would recommend from Interlaken? We’re both moderately fit and well prepared for alpine conditions.

    Thanks.

Hi notatourist and welcome to MySwissAlps!

I don’t believe the hiking trails on Harder Kulm are open in the winter and therefore I would not recommend trying them. Also it would be quite a hike as it’s 750 m up and also down just to reach the top. If there is snow then this would not be safe.
