We enjoyed Sonne Hotel and restaurant near the Tellespiele Theatre in Interlaken or an authentic small restaurant experience. Substitute salad for fries where ever you go. Some Swiss restaurants fill half the plate with fries. But when requested you may get a beautiful salad instead!
