Scenic train routes from Lucerne, Lugano, Mürrene

They will visit Lucerne, Lugano, and Murren, and need advice on incorporating beautiful train journeys into their travel between these locations. Hi folks. A friend and I will be in Switzerland August 30 to September 8: Lucerne 8/30-9/2, Lugano 9/2-9/4, Murren 9/4-9/7 returning to Zurich for the night of September 8.
We are interested in seeing the beautiful countryside on our train travel (Swiss Pass) between locations. I cannot figure out the scenic train trips going in the directions we will be traveling. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to incorporate these routes, or will we be fine with fine with regular trains?
Thanks.
