What is included on the ticket to Mt. Titlis?
A group of 6 with Swiss Travel Passes is planning a day trip to Mt. Titlis from Lucerne. They want to know if the One Day Ski Pass covers skiing at Trubsee and Gerschnialp and whether separate passes are needed for sledging and additional lifts. They're also curious if they can revisit the summit with the same ticket for dinner after coming down.
- The One Day Ski Pass covers all lifts and skiing at Trubsee and Gerschnialp.
- The standard ticket for non-skiers allows for one summit visit, but you can get off at Trubsee and Gerschnialp on the way.
- Tobogganing requires an additional pass beyond the ski or regular tickets.
- Swiss Travel Pass holders can get 50% off the trip from Engelberg.

Hi. We’re a group of 6 with Swiss Travel Passes and planning to go to Mt Titlis from Lucerne for the day. Our boys (17, 19 & 21) plan to practise skiing for a few hours at Trubsee or Gerschnialp after visiting the Cliff Walk and other attractions at the top as well as the snow park. If we buy the One Day Ski Pass will it cover all the above? It’s CHF65 for adults and CHF46 for youths. If we pay the normal tickets at CHF46 (after STP discount), does that mean we can’t go Trubsee and Gerschnialp? 3 of us are not skiing but just there to enjoy scenery. And if they wish to do sledging or tobogganing do we need to buy yet another Pass?
Also, there are so many cable cars how do we know which is included in our ticket? After we come down from the summit to Trubsee can we still go up to the Summit again with the same ticket to have dinner?
Thank you 🙂
