    Hi Madam/Sir,

This is my 4th trip to Switzerland and 1st after pandemic. Majority of the tourist attractions we have visited before. We will visit again and plan to visit some smaller town or area we not been cover before to explore some surprise. We like to see the beauty of whole Switzerland.

This round, our plan is to re visit Jungfraujoch thru the new Cable car system from Grindelwald. On top of this I will visit and try to the place which I never been such as Grindelwald-First, Glacier Express, Gotthard Panorama Express. Other than this, I need your kind professional advise.

Beside Cailler chocolate factory, any other good and worth chocolate factory to visit and can easily reach by train or bus. I have visited Cailler factory in 2018 with good memories. Hence, plan to visit some other good factory again for this trip.

Thank you and have good day.

    Regards

    Hi bambkbk1,

I am glad that you liked Switzerland and you are coming back again.

I can highly recommend the Lindt Chocolate Museum, it is between Zürich and Lucerne: http://www.lindt-home-of-chocolate.com/en/

At http://www.myswissalps.com/activities/culinary/chocolate you’ll find further chocolate factories we recommend.

So you are going to stay a few nights in the Jungfrau region, visiting Grindelwald First and trying out the Eiger Express.

You are planning to travel by the Glacier Express and the Gotthard Panorama Express. If you like panoramic trains, have a look at this list: http://www.myswissalps.com/activities/scenictrips/train.

Have you been to the Lake Geneva region? Montreux, Lausanne, Vevey, the Lavaux area and Geneva? In case not, I can highly recommend it.

    Canton Ticino is also beautiful.

How do these sound to you?

    Hi bambkbk1,

I am glad that you’ve found my answer useful. Thank you for the feedback 🙂

I see, you’ve already seen many things here 🙂

Have you been to Graubünden? Easy to spend even a whole week there. There are plenty of mountain summits, hiking trails, cable cars. Have a look at http://www.myswissalps.com/graubunden/activities.

The other part of the country, Jura, the Three-Lakes region of Neuchâtel and Biel/Bienne and Fribourg is also beautiful with fewer tourists: http://www.myswissalps.com/graubunden/activities.

    Hi IIdiko

This really sounds news to me. I not been there before. Do some homework now and will explore it.

By the way, can we visit Olympics Museum in Laussane & Fifa Museum in Zurich for free with Swiss Travel Pass ?

    Thanks & Redards

    Hi there,

Sorry for another question, by using Swiss Travel Pass, can I travel Bernina Express from Tirano – Lucano? Worth to travel this route?

    Thank you & regards

    Hi there,

you’ll find the list of the free museums here (with a valid Swiss Travel Pass): http://www.myswissalps.com/swisstravelpass/details. Both museums are free with the pass. I’ve been to the Olympic Museums several times, I love it.

Regarding the Bernina Express, you do not need to buy the ticket if you have a valid Swiss Travel Pass, but you have to reserve your seats. You can check the price of the seat reservation here: http://www.myswissalps.com/berninaexpress/tickets.

I think, yes, it is worth it. Read more about the route here: http://www.myswissalps.com/berninaexpress/gettingthere.

Let me know if you have further questions, happy to help 🙂
