Day trips from Interlaken with Swiss Travel Pass
A traveler plans a family vacation at Hotel Interlaken for two nights at the end of April. They want to visit Murren, Gimmelwald, Lauterbrunnen, and Schilthorn in a day, seeking advice on efficient travel with minimal hiking. They already have Swiss Travel Passes.
- Take the cable car from Stechelberg to Gimmelwald, then to Murren, and finally to Schilthorn for a scenic experience without hiking.
- Check for spring maintenance schedules since some routes may be closed during that time.
- Consider adding a visit to Trümmelbach Falls if time allows, as it's a spectacular attraction nearby.

Hello and thank you in advance for any guidance.
Vacationing with a family of three, staying at the Hotel Interlaken for two nights the end of April. We would like to do a day trip to visit Murren, Gimmelwald, Lauterbrunnen, and Schilthorn. We have Swiss Travel Passes and would like to know the best / most efficient way to accomplish visiting all of these locations, minimizing the amount of hiking if possible. Thoughts on additional must see attractions while in the area are appreciated.
Thank you again!
