    Hello everyone!

I will be traveling to Switzerland from December 12th to December 19th.

And I have some questions 😬

I arrive in Zurich, next day i’m planning on going to Lucerne, then Berne, then Thun, then Interlaken, then Murren, then Grindelwald, then Wengen, then Zermatt and finally Geneve.

Is this the right way to visit these cities/towns? I mean, where do I go first if I’m starting from Zurich.

I also want to take Jungfrau train, where is best place to take it?

One more question, do you recommend me buying the Swiss travel pass?

Yes, that is the right sequence. Luzern is not much more than half an hour from Zurich by fast train so that is the obvious place to start after arriving at Zurich

    Hi Stefiga,

    Welcome to MySwissAlps.

That looks like good start to your itinerary. If you wish to go to Jungfraujoch (with the Jungfraubahn), you can either take the train from Wengen or Grindelwald. You can find more details here: http://www.myswissalps.com/jungfraujoch/gettingthere

As you plan to do a lot of travelling, the Swiss Travel Pass may work best for you. You should probably consider getting the 8-day pass. Please click on the link for more information. Use the tabs to find a list of online resellers and tips on how to use it.

Hope this helps you in your trip planning.

    Regards,

    Anna
