First of all please note the correct linguistic use of ‘Swiss’
Swiss – adjective:
Of or relating to Switzerland or its people or culture.
Swiss – noun:
A native or inhabitant of Switzerland.
The country is Switzerland, so you drive in Switzerland, on a Swiss road, whilst perhaps stopping to eat Swiss cheese.
Now to your question.
The car train you are referring to is the BLS Autoverlad through the famous old Lötschberg tunnel. BLS is the railway operator (Bern – Lötschberg – Simplon). I used it in April this year but there are limits on size of vehicle. This is from the BLS Autoverlad web site:
Large vehicles must be ready for boarding 15 minutes before departure. Passengers remain in their vehicles during the journey.
Vehicles are only allowed to be transported if they are at the most
2.5m wide
12m long.
28t total weight

It is not much longer journey to stick to motorways via Fribourg and Vevey, which might be better in a motorhome.
Lastly – is it strictly necessary for you to drive all the way up to Täsch?, as there are campsites at Visp which would save you the drive on the mountain road up the Zermatt valley
