Thanks to all suggestions I had a wonderful trip:

    I covered the following:

Day 1 : Lake Lucerne & Mt Rigi

Day 2: Mt Titlis & local sight seeing in Lucerne

Day 3: Rhine Falls & Local sight seeing in Zurich evening to interlaken

Day 4: Jungfraujoch & evening Thun river till spiez

Day 5: Murren, James Bond Mt, Water falls, chocolate show in interlaken at Schuh

Day 6: Golden pass to Montreux and then to Geneva – local sight seeing in evening

Day 7: Lausanne Olympic Musuem, Geneva Sight Seeing

Thanks to all moderators of the forum all the information and suggestions. It was very comprehensive. The tour information guys at each station are very helpful and give a very correct info to the tourists. Only drawback this time was it was very hot at all places except mountains. I want to come again during slightly normal temperatures.

    Hi KL!

Thanks for getting back to us and telling about you’re trip. We’re glad to hear you had such a wonderful time, and that we’ve been able to contribute to your preparation. You’ve certainly managed to visit many beautiful highlights during your stay.

You’re right, temperatures are well above average for July at the moment. Boat trips and visits to mountain tops are great day trips to avoid the heat. Swiss summers can be much cooler than this, by the way. The past two years July and August have been much more moderate, but if you want to make sure you avoid the heat, you may want to visit again in May or early June.
