    Hi!

I’d be really grateful for some help / suggestions on what would fill in the gaps our itinerary please. While we want to do as much as possible, we don’t want to squeeze so much in that it’s stressful and exhausting. So we’re unsure of what would suit a half day filler.

We are planning our honeymoon for next June, staying 5 nights in Interlaken, our little dog will be with us so everything we plan is dog friendly.

Day 1 – Arrive, check into hotel, discover local area.

Day 2 – Boat ride on lake Brienz to Giessbach, take in the views, treat ourselves to coffee and a sweet treat at the restaurant, lakeside hike to Iseltwald, see the village and Mulibach falls, bus back to Interlaken.

Day 3 – *** GAP TO FILL ***… be in Interlaken approx 5pm, take the funicular up to Harder Kulm have dinner at the restaurant.

Day 4 – Take the train for a day in Lucerne (Got a list of things want to see there!)

Day 5 – *** GAP TO FILL *** … be in Interlaken approx 3:30/4:00pm for afternoon tea at Victoria Jungfrau.

    Day 6 – Go home

As you can see we need two half day fillers. Some of the things on our list are:- St Beatus caves (either just the gardens or inside if time), Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen Valley, Thun castles, we’d really like to do one of the least scary cable cars too (I’m afraid of heights!) Or any other suggestions not listed here.

We’re both fit and healthy but aren’t looking for strenuous uphill hikes, more just ambling around lol.

Thanks so much for any help offered! It’s really appreciated 🙂
